Bill's Gamblin' Hall - $20/night supplement

I%26#39;ve noticed that a few recent user reviews of Bill%26#39;s have mentioned a $20 per night supplement charged for rooms that have a view of the Bellagio fountains.

Some friends of mine were there in May and were not charged this supplement for their room, which had a Bellagio view.

So is this a new policy that Bill%26#39;s/Harrah%26#39;s have adopted, or is it simply luck of the draw whether or not you get charged a supplement?

Anyone been there recently and been charged or not been charged this supplement?

Not worth it because you also get all the TRAFFIC NOISE on that side.

Just returned from Bills. Yes, in order to get a view of the fountains, we were told at the desk that there was an additional $20 charge. We opted not to take the upgrade for an additional 20.00. Our room was fine -- we didn%26#39;t spent much time in it anywy.
