who do you need to ';prove'; this to? 1,000 pix - in how much time? take pix for personal enjoyment - proving anything to anyone not my idea of a good time - but, hey, if it works for you, fine. I have a great time every trip - and don%26#39;t need to prove it to anyone. certainly lots of photo ops.

Dot, I guess Bridgefan hasn%26#39;t been following your posts.

You may not see live impersonators, but I understand Madame Toussaud%26#39;s Wax Museum allows you to pose with the wax replicas there. I, also, think you can get some 2 fers for the admittance price. Hey, maybe your daughter could treat you to a visit there so as to not cut into your allowance.

Oh you know....I mentioned earlier about the Legends show, so you could get some good pics there.

There is also a show at the Riviera (someone please help me with the name of the show), and the host er uh hostess impersonates Joan Rivers.

Bridgefan,

I am only going to Las Vegas (for the first time) because my co-workers, boss, and half the town were debating if I could last in Vegas for a week on $300.

I love to take pictures so I said that I not only could do it, but would bring back a 1000 pics to prove it. AND have a ball the entire time.

My boss , who usually frowns on my local casino trips, has his money on me. (therefore I have a week off work with his blessing)

This trip offers more photo ops than I have ever had.I am so excited.I will be there Wed. with my digital camera in tow.

You said ';certainly lots of photo ops'; . Perhaps you could give me some unique examples. I have been gathering potential sites, but would appreciate the input.

Camille and Ducky,

I know I read about cowboys, mermaids, Elvis , etc and for a couple bucks they would pose with you. I think it was Frommers or ACG.

I%26#39;m sooooo excited .Yes, I am bouncing in my seat.

At the Riviera. Barbara and Frank meet and greet the customers after the show.

Well I haven%26#39;t seen the Frommers book but assume the Elvis refers to Big Elvis at Bill%26#39;s, and the Mermaids stand at the doorway to the Mermaids casino downtown. The only cowboy I%26#39;ve seen it the neon sign....Vegas Vic, so I am not sure where there would be another cowboy that%26#39;s a person.

Anyway you will have fun just watching the tourists since you will see people from all over the world!

HH55,

that would require me going to a show.Would it not? I%26#39;m talking about street people. Vegas should have street people somewhere.

DOT

The Jubilee show girls come out to the strip before or after the show at the bally%26#39;s. Pix with a showgirl in full feather might be cool!

Cheers,

CS

The show Ducky is thinking about is An Evening at La Cage with Frank Marino. I think you can get half price tickets for it. One of the things I wan to do on my trip.
