MTV VMA Weekend Vegas

Hey!

Going to be in Vegas the weekend that MTV is doing their VMA%26#39;S at the Palms in September. (09/07/-09/10). They have been been promoting that there is going to be a weekend of events leading up to the show. Anyone heard of anything going on this weekend?

I%26#39;ll be there 9/7 to 9/10 as well. Hoping the VMA traffic won%26#39;t be too bad. Still, I guarantee you I won%26#39;t be going anywhere near the Palms on Sunday night!!!

And to think I had to cancel my $25 reservations at the Gold Coast for that same time period. Bet those rooms are a bit more now.

wow... wonder if we%26#39;ll see celebs?? we%26#39;ll be at bellagio 9-14th.. getting married on the 10th at mandalay bay.. i%26#39;ll keep my eyes peeled and take pics for all.. hehe

We leave on the 7th! I wonder if we%26#39;ll end up seeing any of the celebs at all, if they%26#39;ll arrive early at all. Good thing I got an industry rate for the days we are going and that I didn%26#39;t decide to book for that weekend, they probably wouldn%26#39;t have been as generous with our rate.

They are also filming an episode of Pinks All Out at the Las Vegas Speedway on the 7th and 8th for all of you muscle car people.

oh no! my better half is addicted to that show... too bad we don%26#39;t get there till the 9th... he%26#39;s going to be upset!!

I will be there from the 7th to the 11th!!!!!

We are staying at MGM the 9-11th. I have no idea where we are staying at 7-9 but this explains the high rates for those nights.

Where can I find out how to attend that taping! My bd LOVES that show! It would be a nice surprise.

Traffic will probably be crazy and we are renting a car!
