We checked in and found a Meth lab in the adjacent room, prostitutes in the hallways and street, gang members sleeping in the hallways, I have photo collection of the Hazmat team and fire department removing the meth lab. My family was verbally assaulted by the gang members who they had to beg permission to go to our room to get our bags and check out after two hours of hell..Then they charged us half a day even with the meth lab issue down the hallway...
I am going to post the pictures on youtube as a movie once scanned as a tribute to travel lodge in payback for the half day charge.
It was a mistake on so many levels, Reno is a sad sad place!
Oh By the way, the hotel staff maintenance guy new about the meth lab, uses his pass card to break into rooms. he tried to talk us out of reporting the meth lab.

That is sad that the Reno Travel-Lodge-Airport charged you for a 1/2 day after that. They should have gave you free nights for that crazy thing going on in their hotel. What a terrible thing that happen to you in Reno. We always stay at the Casinos Hotel and thank god we never had anything like that happen. I think the travel lodge deserve the pictures on youtube as a movie, so people don%26#39;t stay there and give them business. I hope everything else went ok while you were in Reno.

Contact the Travel Lodge General Address on the web and type about the experience...I am sure the company will make it right for you. NOBODY should have to put up with that experience!!!
What a horrific experience-I%26#39;m so sorry your visit was so negatively impacted. You might notice this motel is rated extremely low on TripAdvisor and it is in one of the worse areas of town, so I hope your opinion of Reno itself is not swayed just by this one location and experience.
