We decided to try our free buffet comps (due to room problem) here at Flamingo for breakfast before heading on to the pool. Really no complaints, there seemed to be a good assortment of things. The fresh squeezed OJ was good. It doesn%26#39;t compare to Paris or Bellagio but it seemed to hit the spot, maybe because it was comped.lol..
Time to check out the pool. What can I say about the Flamingo pool other than it is BIG and crowded. But we did manage to find a spot for all of us and some chairs. We do like the pool here, we had several mimosa%26#39;s that were refreshing.
After a few hours of the pool time to freshen up and hit the casino before going to Margaritaville to grab a good burger. We all had fun playing WOF machine and my friend hit for 1,000 quarters.WooHoo good way to start out our gambling! Margaritaville is always a fun place and the burgers are good too. We got a drink tube with a tap on the bottom filled with margarita%26#39;s. Since there were 7 of us we felt this was the best bargin at 44.00 cause we all got at least 4 or5 drinks each, besides it was a great conversation item as everyone stopped to ask us about it. We teased our server and told him he would have to tip us since we got seeveral other people to buy them.
We decided to check out the new Planet Hollywood after this. I liked the new theme but several of my friends said the preferred the old
Aladdin. We all signed up for a players card as they offer some match play and more match play after points are on the card. None of us won big but we did see a group of people (8,I think) put 10 dollars each in on a 5 dollar slot and proceed to hit a jackpot for 12,000 dollars!! They were so excited, it was fun to watch them. Too bad it wasn%26#39;t us!!
After this we walked down to Monte Carlo to have a cold one with some other friends who were staying there. We needed that by the time we got there,HOT HOT....I%26#39;m glad we did not stay there, too much construction going on. They said it was noisy in their room since they faced the contruction. There was also some renovating going on inside the MC. We had a little luck there enough to keep us playing for a while.
By the time we left it was dark so we stopped to take in the fountain show at Bellagio. This is still one of my favorites. Be sure to catch a show if you go. Stopped in Bally%26#39;s on way back to Flamingo, listened to some music that was good but no luck gambling here. Back to Flamingo to pay a bit. My friend hit for 500 dollars on a five quarter 10 times machine. This is the one celebrating her birthday and is not a big gambler(except after lots of drinks apparently!) so I was happy for her. I was having good luck on the blazing 7%26#39;s (One of my favorites). I stayed in casino while they all went back to room. I%26#39;m the one who LIKES to gamble of the bunch!! By the time I went up I was ahead 300.00, man I love those 7%26#39;s

No it means 1.25 per spin. The machine is called 10X If a 10x comes up with 2 other symbols it 10x your winnings. She had 2 10x come up with gold colored bars and she got 500.00.
12.50 a pull is a little to rich for my blood.........

Thanks for that information catidid02! I know you have to bet bigger to win bigger, but that was going to be way out of my league. I would never maintain my current official status as a low roller at that rate!!
