Layover in Phoenix

This is my second time to LV and the first time I had a straight flight.

My flight this time started out to be a straight flight until they change

it. My problem is the layover it%26#39;s only for 45 min. is that enough time to catch the connecting flight? Is Phoenix airport large? Don%26#39;t have a clue on changing over because this is my second time flying. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Layover in Phoenix

Since you are connecting thru PHX I will assume you are on SW or US Airways. They are both in termoinal 4. SW is in the southside and US in the north side. You should have plenty of time if flight is on time. If you have to go to a different concourse you shouldn%26#39;t have to go thru security, there is a connecting walkway. here is link to the terminal map.

we had a layover in Phoenix last year flying to LAX and our connecting flight left in 1 hour 10 min and our entire family (parents/2 children) were able to get to the other gate and grab a snack in enough time.

(although as previously stated it would also depend on who your carrier is)

You have plenty of time. Even if you miss your flight- they have a great many flights going out during the day so you will have no problem getting on another flight within a reseasonable amount of time.
