I鈥檒l be staying at the Wynn next week and am looking for somewhere nearby to pick up a few bottles of wine and snacks for the room. I鈥檓 not looking for an extraordinary wine selection, just somewhere I can pick up a bottle of Meridian without paying $24 like I would have to at the Wynn. Thanks for your help.

I suggest just having your driver stop somewhere off-Strip to grab some essentials. If you%26#39;re on a budget, I don%26#39;t think there is much in the way of stores near Wynn, so you could make the long walk down to Bills and get the shuttle to Gold Coast for bargin prices.
No, I think I%26#39;d just ask my driver to stop somewhere on the way to the hotel.
There is an ABC stores (think that%26#39;s what it is called) in the Fashion Show mall just across the street from the Wynn,
From memory there is a wine store near harrahs (near the stalls at Carnival Court) dont know whether its still there
