Read a review by CyndyLondon today and had to wonder OMG, I was recently in Vegas, did not gamble and had a ton of fun doing so many other things. But according to Cynd, if you do not gamble, Vegas is not for you. I know we are all entitled to our opinions but how misleading can you get.
Vegas only for gambling?
I agree fully. I do not gamble and did not when in vegas. Not anti gambling....play bingo occassionally and buy the odd lotto ticket. but you can so enjoy vegas without gambling. That said....my soon to be new husband...getting wed in vegas....is stashing a gambling fund away as we speak. And I may have a flutter. To me it is about food, sights and shows!
Vegas only for gambling?
We don%26#39;t go to Vegas to gamble. If we want to gamble, we drive 2 hrs to Foxwoods. There is too much to do in Vegas, to waste time gambling!
I don%26#39;t gamble and I LOVE Vegas!
I think the only people who should gamble in Vegas are kids who smoke cigarettes and carry alcoholic drinks outside.
OK, I%26#39;ll admit, the only time I get to gamble is in Vegas, as we don%26#39;t have any casinos where I live. I love it. However, probably 85% of our time in Vegas is spent on other activities, and I can easily see how someone would go to Vegas and never gamble.
hi all,
I agree with Sister Dino, we do gamble in Vegas but spend almost all of our time doing other things. Although we do have quite a few Indian Casinos in Northern California it%26#39;s just not the same.
We also vary our play when we do between slots and tables.
Most of my great memories (fun) are from other activities than gambling.
VIVA Las Vegas, just 10 more days till touch down.

Although there is plenty to besides gamble in Vegas, I go to gamble. I wouldn%26#39;t go otherwise
Folks that go to Vegas and not gamble are like those folks you
see down in front of the World Series, Superbowl, and the NBA Finals. They have no idea, not a clue about the game, but they just
have to be there to enjoy the halftime shows, food and drink afterwards, and of course the parties. So if thats what you like
and you can do it, fine, who is anybody to judge. I just thought that
these type of folks have a lot in common is all.
Now, if a couple goes to Vegas and only one of them does not gamble, they do not count!
21 Player%26#39;s analogy is perfect!!! It also explains why the casinos keep making the games less player friendly and adding slots..Eveyone to their own taste but I go to Hawaii for the sand (except on the golf course) and to Vegas for the gaming. And I know some of you go to Hawaii and don%26#39;t go to the beach. That%26#39;s soo wierd to me. Ditto Vegas for non-players.
dcla1951 NOW you say you don%26#39;t go to VEGAS to gamble. But yesterday you said wynns cheated you out of 6000 POINTS.. Not 600 but 6000 points..you would have been comped very nicely with that many points .I forgot you dont GAMBLE in VEGAS
