I will be doing most of my gambing in the mirage. If i have a 1500-2000 budget for gambling an i better of spreading it out over my entire stay(4day) or am i better off spending it all in once day. I will be primarily playing slots and maybe a little craps/poker here and there.

If you plan on $2,000.00 for 4 days break it up for $500.00 per day. The trick here is to play more then 4-6 hours per day to get good comps.

Depending on where you go and what you recycle depends on what you get for comps.

Say the Bellagio, you have to recycle about $30,000.00 a day for a free night. At the Sahara far less.

When I stayed at the Trop Playing quarters for 6 hours a day gave me a free night not to mention food comps.

So spread it out over time and hope you get play for your money..... Also make sure you have a players card and at the table games pass your card to the Dealer of ask for the Pitboss and tell them you want to me rated.

When the Pitboss is there bet a decent amount, when he leaves bet the min :)

the best advise is to ASK at each every casino - the rules are changing rapidly, especially at HET and MGM properties. If you are a HET player much discussion on other forums - i personally hate them so don%26#39;t have any recent personal experience since caesar%26#39;s out of the mix for us.

in general, play where you stay, know the way your points/comp amounts are accumulated, always ask - and confirm after any session, so if you disagree with time or min play, etc you can talk about it at that time

a lot of the casinos measure comps on how long you play, not necessarily how much or when. I would spread it out, but definitely go to casino makreting and ask them how you are playing and what is available. A little negotiation can go a long way. May start you with a free breakfast buffet, then maybe some slot credits, then a dinner or show. When you get home, you may have some free night stays in the mailbox if you play enough

For weekend night, Mirage will want to see $150 per hand for 4+ hours a day for free room. Got this straight from 2 different casino hosts.

with the mirage part of mgm you could spread it around,mgm,luxor MB,ect ect. naturally if your hoping to get your room comped you will need most of your play at your home sasino,but if looking for good future offers mgm propertys i think have gotten much better at sending offers for all their propertys. this may be my opinion but try spending some time in ballys,during our 1st trip we stopped in and played slots a few hrs and got 3 comped nights offered to us in the mail,yet the luxor where we were staying sent hardly anything. but now that mgm is involved were getting so many great offers for mgm,luxor ,mirage its killing me that we have yet booked another trip
